概述

Overview

My Books 是个人阅读与学习应用，可导入和阅读图书及 PDF、添加备注、翻译选定内容、制作学习卡片，并使用 Apple Intelligence 或相关 Apple 系统能力辅助生成学习总结。应用采用本地优先和数据最小化设计。

My Books is a personal reading and learning app for importing and reading books and PDFs, creating notes, translating selected content, making study cards, and using Apple Intelligence or related Apple system capabilities to assist with learning summaries. The app follows a local-first and data-minimization design.

图书与 PDF 文件

Books and PDF Files

用户主动导入的图书、PDF 及其他受支持文件仅用于用户选择的阅读和学习功能。根据当前产品设计，这些私人文件不会上传或存储到开发者自有服务器，也不会由开发者分发给其他用户。

Books, PDFs, and other supported files imported by the user are used only for reading and learning features chosen by the user. Under the current product design, these private files are not uploaded to or stored on developer-operated servers and are not distributed by the developer to other users.

Local Storage

My Books 可在用户设备上保存导入文件、阅读进度、书签、备注、翻译内容、学习卡片、学习总结和应用设置。除用户主动导出或分享外，这些私人内容不会由 My Books 分发给其他用户或第三方。

My Books may store imported files, reading progress, bookmarks, notes, translations, study cards, learning summaries, and app settings on the user’s device. Except when the user intentionally exports or shares content, My Books does not distribute this private content to other users or third parties.

iCloud 同步与备份

iCloud Sync and Backup

用户启用 iCloud 后，My Books 可使用 Apple iCloud/CloudKit 在属于该用户的 Apple 设备之间存储、同步或备份支持的数据。相关内容存储在用户自己的 iCloud 中，而不是开发者自有云服务器。iCloud 的传输、存储、安全和账户管理由 Apple 提供。

When iCloud is enabled, My Books may use Apple iCloud/CloudKit to store, synchronize, or back up supported data across Apple devices belonging to that user. Content is stored in the user’s own iCloud rather than developer-operated cloud servers. iCloud transmission, storage, security, and account management are provided by Apple.

备注、翻译与学习卡片

Notes, Translation, and Study Cards

用户创建的备注、翻译和学习卡片属于用户的私人学习内容。自动翻译可能存在语义、专业术语或上下文错误，重要内容应与原文核对。根据当前设计，这些数据仅保存在用户设备及用户自己的 iCloud 中，不会被出售或用于第三方广告画像。

Notes, translations, and study cards created by the user are private learning content. Automated translations may contain semantic, terminology, or contextual errors, and important content should be verified against the source. Under the current design, this data is stored only on the user’s devices and in the user’s own iCloud and is not sold or used for third-party advertising profiles.

Apple Intelligence

在支持的设备、地区、语言和系统版本上，My Books 可使用 Apple Intelligence 或相关 Apple 系统智能能力，根据用户主动选择的阅读内容、备注或学习资料生成学习总结或其他学习辅助内容。AI 内容可能不准确、不完整或遗漏上下文，用户应结合原始资料核对。具体可用性和处理方式取决于 Apple 的系统能力、用户设置及适用的 Apple 隐私机制。

On supported devices, regions, languages, and operating-system versions, My Books may use Apple Intelligence or related Apple system intelligence to generate learning summaries or other study assistance from reading content, notes, or learning materials actively selected by the user. AI content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or omit context and should be verified against the source material. Availability and processing depend on Apple’s system capabilities, user settings, and applicable Apple privacy mechanisms.

数据存储位置与分发

Data Location and Distribution

根据当前产品设计，用户的私人图书、PDF、备注、翻译、学习卡片和学习总结仅存储在用户自己的设备和用户自己的 iCloud 中。开发者不建立用于集中存储这些私人内容的独立服务器数据库，也不会将这些内容分发给其他用户。

Under the current product design, private books, PDFs, notes, translations, study cards, and learning summaries are stored only on the user’s own devices and in the user’s own iCloud. The developer does not maintain a separate server database for centralized storage of this private content and does not distribute it to other users.

文件访问与权限

File Access and Permissions

My Books 仅在用户主动选择、导入、打开、导出或保存文件时访问相关文件，并通过 Apple 系统提供的文件选择器和权限机制进行访问。用户可以通过系统设置管理适用权限。

My Books accesses relevant files only when the user actively selects, imports, opens, exports, or saves them, using file pickers and permission mechanisms provided by Apple systems. Users can manage applicable permissions through system settings.

数据出售与广告画像

Data Sale and Advertising Profiles

我们不会出售用户的图书文件、PDF、备注、翻译、学习卡片或学习总结，也不会利用这些私人内容建立第三方广告画像。除用户主动导出或分享、Apple 系统为用户请求的功能提供处理，或法律明确要求外，开发者不会主动向第三方提供这些私人内容。

We do not sell users’ book files, PDFs, notes, translations, study cards, or learning summaries and do not use this private content to build third-party advertising profiles. Except for user-initiated export or sharing, Apple system processing required for requested features, or disclosures required by law, the developer does not actively provide this private content to third parties.

删除、备份与安全

Deletion, Backups, and Security

用户可删除导入文件、备注、学习卡片和其他应用内容。本地数据可能因卸载应用、设备损坏或系统重置而丢失；iCloud 数据还受用户设置及 Apple 服务机制影响。重要文件应保留独立备份。My Books 尽可能使用 Apple 平台安全机制，但任何设备或云存储都无法保证绝对安全。

Users may delete imported files, notes, study cards, and other app content. Local data may be lost through app removal, device failure, or system reset; iCloud data is also subject to user settings and Apple’s service mechanisms. Important files should have independent backups. My Books relies where appropriate on Apple platform security mechanisms, but no device or cloud storage can guarantee absolute security.
