服务用途
Purpose of the Service
My Books 是个人阅读与学习工具，可用于导入和阅读图书及 PDF、记录备注、翻译选定文本、制作学习卡片，以及使用 Apple Intelligence 或相关系统能力辅助生成学习总结。应用不保证任何特定学习成绩、考试结果或教育成果。
My Books is a personal reading and learning tool for importing and reading books and PDFs, creating notes, translating selected text, making study cards, and using Apple Intelligence or related system capabilities to assist with learning summaries. The app does not guarantee any particular academic, examination, or educational outcome.
用户导入文件与版权
Imported Files and Copyright
用户应仅导入、保存或处理自己有权访问和使用的文件。图书、PDF、教材、论文和其他资料可能受版权、许可协议或其他知识产权保护。能够导入、阅读、备注、翻译或制作学习卡片并不自动赋予用户复制、传播、公开发布或商业使用原始内容的权利。
Users should import, store, or process only files they have lawful authority to access and use. Books, PDFs, textbooks, papers, and other materials may be protected by copyright, license agreements, or other intellectual-property rights. The ability to import, read, annotate, translate, or create study cards does not automatically grant rights to copy, distribute, publicly publish, or commercially exploit the source material.

Notes, Translation, and Study Cards
用户可以基于阅读内容创建私人备注、翻译和学习卡片。自动翻译可能存在错误、遗漏或上下文偏差，重要内容应与原文核对。用户对其导出或分享的内容以及是否具有相应使用权负责。
Users may create private notes, translations, and study cards from reading materials. Automated translations may contain errors, omissions, or contextual inaccuracies, and important content should be verified against the source. Users are responsible for content they export or share and for having the necessary rights to use it.
Apple Intelligence 与 AI 总结
Apple Intelligence and AI Summaries
Apple Intelligence 或相关系统能力生成的摘要、重点或学习辅助内容可能不完整、不准确或误解原始材料。AI 内容仅作为学习辅助，用户应与原始图书、PDF、课程资料或其他可靠来源核对重要信息。其可用性可能因设备、地区、语言、系统版本和 Apple 平台政策而变化。
Summaries, key points, or learning assistance generated through Apple Intelligence or related system capabilities may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misunderstand source material. AI content is provided as a learning aid, and important information should be verified against the original book, PDF, course material, or another reliable source. Availability may vary by device, region, language, OS version, and Apple platform policy.
本地与 iCloud 存储
Local and iCloud Storage
按照当前产品设计，My Books 的私人阅读文件和学习数据仅存储在用户自己的设备以及用户启用的个人 iCloud 中，不存储在开发者自有服务器，也不会由开发者分发给其他用户。用户主动使用系统分享或导出功能时，由用户自行决定内容接收方。
Under the current product design, private reading files and learning data are stored only on the user’s own devices and in the user’s personal iCloud when enabled. They are not stored on developer-operated servers or distributed by the developer to other users. When users intentionally use system sharing or export features, they choose the recipient of that content.
系统依赖与数据备份
System Dependencies and Backups
iCloud/CloudKit、Apple Intelligence、系统文件服务、翻译能力及其他功能依赖 Apple 平台。设备兼容性、网络、存储空间、系统版本、地区或语言限制以及 Apple 服务变化可能影响功能。用户应自行备份重要图书、PDF、备注和学习资料。
iCloud/CloudKit, Apple Intelligence, system file services, translation capabilities, and other features depend on the Apple platform. Device compatibility, connectivity, storage capacity, OS versions, regional or language limitations, and changes to Apple services may affect functionality. Users should independently back up important books, PDFs, notes, and learning materials.
禁止用途
Prohibited Uses
不得利用 My Books 侵犯版权、规避数字版权管理或访问控制、未经授权传播受保护内容、侵犯他人隐私、进行欺诈或实施其他违法行为。不得试图破坏应用安全、未经授权访问服务、反编译或非法复制应用代码，但适用法律明确允许的情况除外。
My Books must not be used to infringe copyright, circumvent digital rights management or access controls, distribute protected content without authorization, violate privacy, commit fraud, or engage in other unlawful activity. Users must not compromise app security, gain unauthorized access, decompile, or unlawfully copy app code except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
知识产权
Intellectual Property
My Books 的名称、品牌、界面、图形、设计、软件代码和其他原创应用内容受适用知识产权法律保护。用户导入的文件和自行创建的内容仍由相应权利人享有其合法权利。
The My Books name, branding, interface, graphics, designs, software code, and other original app materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights in user-imported files and user-created content remain with the applicable rights holders.
责任限制
Limitation of Liability
翻译、AI 总结和学习辅助内容可能存在错误。用户应自行判断并核对重要信息。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，My Books 不对因翻译错误、AI 内容不准确、用户未经授权使用受版权保护文件、数据丢失、设备故障、iCloud 或 Apple 系统服务问题产生的间接、附带或后果性损失承担超出法律规定范围的责任。本条款不排除法律规定不得排除的消费者权利、保证或责任。
Translations, AI summaries, and learning assistance may contain errors. Users are responsible for evaluating and verifying important information. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Books is not liable beyond what the law requires for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from translation errors, inaccurate AI content, unauthorized use of copyrighted files by a user, data loss, device failure, iCloud issues, or Apple system-service issues. Nothing excludes consumer rights, guarantees, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
